Richard LeBlanc

In February of 1995, Mr. Dick LeBlanc was selected as the Ohio Department of Aging Designee to the Ohio Veterans Home Board of Trustees.

Mr. LeBlanc is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts with a Bachelor of Science degree in Community Health Administration. At the Department of Aging, he is the Manager of Services Delivery and is also responsible for state and federal funded Alzheimer's Disease programs. In addition, Dick is the former Executive Director of Area Agency on Aging District 7, Inc.

Mr. LeBlanc currently chairs the Board's Quality Assurance Committee.

Mr. LeBlanc's military career was with the United States Air Force, where he served in the Aerospace Rescue and Recovery Service. He was an Aircraft Maintenance Analyst. He served during the years 1966-1970 and obtained the rank of Staff Sergeant.
